Originally from Canada, Sarah has lived in several states, but considers herself a true Michigander. After gaining her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English, Sarah realized her true passion of working with youths and families who have experienced trauma. Sarah then gained a Master's degree in Social Work and completed her internship at the Children's Advocacy Center of Ottawa County. Sarah is thrilled to have the opportunity to return to the Children's Advocacy Center and continue walking alongside youths and families in both individual and group settings. In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, writing, making music, and spending time with her cat, Pooka.
