Prevention and Community Outreach Director
Julie Leeson is excited to join the team as the Prevention and Community Outreach Director. She has a Bachelors in Social Work from Hope College and has worked with kids and families in several capacities before doing Children’s Ministries for the past 9 1/2 years. She absolutely loves working with kids, and values the importance of prevention for both children and adults. She will be focusing on teaching kids body safety in elementary schools in Ottawa County. She will also train adults in Mandated Reporting and to become Stewards of Children through the Darkness to Light program. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts and movies and having fun together. Some of her favorite things are sunshine, books, talking to friends, coffee dates and laughing.
