Bids & Bites (& Bets) Annual Gala
Every November we hold our annual gala which is our biggest fundraiser of the year. The gala features a cocktail hour, plated dinner, and message along with multiple raffle and auction opportunities. This year Bids & Bites will be held on Friday, November 1 at the Pigeon Creek Event Center in West Olive.
Child Abuse Benefit Golf Outing (CABGO)
CABGO is typically scheduled for the first Monday in June. The next Golf Outing is on Monday, June 2, and will be held at Macatawa Golf Club in Holland. This event features lunch, buy-a-line packages, raffle prizes, 18 holes of golf, and a brief happy hour.

Sponsor an Event
Sponsorship opportunities are available for all of our major events and come with benefits including recognition in print materials, social media, and event signage. Email Mitch Neubert at mneubert@cac-ottawa.org to secure a sponsorship!
In-Kind Donations
We are always seeking donations to build our raffle and auction packages. These packages provide a significant fundraising opportunity at our events, often bringing in funds way above the actual value of the prize.
Join a Committee
Help us further our mission through supporting our fundraising events. We are seeking community members to serve on our event committees and help us generate new ideas and leads.
Host Your Own Fundraiser for the Children’s Advocacy Center!
Thank you for your interest in fundraising for the Children's Advocacy Center! We'd love to know more about the fundraising event you would like to conduct in support of the CAC.
Please use this form to describe your request. Please include the type of fundraising event, the dates of the event, how you are asking to use the CAC name and logo in connection with the event, and any additional information that will help our team review your request. When you have submitted the completed form, you will receive an email confirming your submission and we will be in touch shortly thereafter!

Formal cocktail attire is usually stated on the invitation however we often see a range! Some dress more formally, some base their outfit on the theme, and others keep it more casual.

We are transitioning to a new system where guests will be able to checkout right after the event through the platform ClickBid. This will eliminate the need to send paper invoices in the mail. You may either pay with credit card or mail in a check.
